ICX heading to $9 or 0.0001000 Sat's?

I see ICX on its very 1st wave which peaked at 0.0006626 Sat's, it will most likely dip to its last resistances at 0.0005500 then we should head up to the 3rd Wave on the Minimum. Keep watching guys!
