ITC can you Make ALL TIME HIGH.. ?

It's look like that ITC is going through it's major Resistance if it's break this I pretty sure it will definitely make ALL TIME HIGH .
It rising upward in it's channel just a little problem with it's resistance.
If you notice at the starting of channel there is increment in very large amount of volume .

Once it breaks the resistance I am long in it for a longer time.

let's see what will happen..!!
