Two possible cases:
A - down to pink support ($120 level), will re-evaluate once we get there.
B - break out and keep climbing to the upper blue resistance.
Small cap is relatively strong recently so probably bulls are targeting B. So it is a buy if both RSI and price break out as it may reach $140+ level.
