IWM has been consolidating and sticking within a trading range with deteriorating/diverging RSI. Today Janet surprised the market and made me wonder if she will drag forever and if she ever has the will to actually pull the trigger (to raise the rate). Her unwillingness may encourage further risk taking and thus change the market dynamics.
One possibility is IWM breaking out the yellow box to the upside with RSI improving/crawling up. So I will keep mind open and change my bearish stance to go long if ever this breakout happens.
