$LEGN Base on Base Setup

LEGN is a biotech with good sales growth.
Putting in a base on base setup.
Broke out of a 2 months cup base back in September and pulled back building a cup with handle on top.
Higher than avg. vol cup bottom. So need to see it tighten up in the handle (orange bars)
