With Xylnx now being bought by AMD and Altera by Intel, Lattice is the last man standing FPGA company of any note that also is in the SOT. The merger of A.I., RISC and FPGA technologies to create the new SoC for use in data centers is one of the if not strongest trends in technology. Lattice Semiconductor will be lucky to last another year without being purchased for a hefty premium over todays price.
