Price is flirting with 200 MA right after touching the massive resistance area of $17. Candle stick patterns are also supporting the down volume on the hourly chart seen in the past few days. Target is $13.75

this ticker has a weird relationship with US10Y! Sometimes it moves along it and sometimes the opposite. Yesterday, it touched the red line and bounced back up, and should go further to test $17. If it passes 17 then the trend is reversed but if not, it should form a double top and hit my target.
