Gann Fan show 17600-17700 seems to be the highest of this swing

According to Gann Fan studies 17600-17700 seems to be the highest of the swing.
It seems a better point to shot the market.
My expectations is, market might go below 14000.
Buying DEC 17500 PE might give a good benefit.
