Please note this number (14721.81) is a SWING number and it means if NIFTY closes (LTP @ 15:30) below this number there is a good possibility (76% chance ) of moving in down direction next trading day.This number may come in intraday or at EOD .The price needs to be stable/traded below this number and also close below this number (both conditions ) to carry a SHORT position.
