OBE long term price target on changed fundamentals

stock was trading on 15 P/E multiple just right before quarterly report ( was about $5.85 with expected $0.36 qrt earnings expectations )
recent quarterly surprise of $5 puts that stock in $90's range with that P/E assumption, that is a huge change in valuation.
