OCGN - Descending triangle due for reversal?

as the trendlines show, OCGN currently is on a downtrend but as the optimists are hopeful about its vaccine "Covaxin" due to be approved by the W.H.O, perhaps a reversal on the current trend is on the cards? I'll be putting some money for a small punt.
