Pengu - Target 1 hit - Bounce incoming or lower low?

Pengu just entered my T1, as anticipated. Fakeouts like this example (just below trendlines), are very common and may be good entry points. The only question that remains is will Pengu form a lower low. If so, it may be an even better entry point for me.
