$PENN Due for a bounce?

PENN - looks like a triple bottom formation. Have we finally bottomed out? RSI appears to have diverged from price. Will price follow in the coming weeks? DIS deal with ESPN and the upcoming football/basketball seasons should give a boost to this stock.
