QUTM in triangle : wich way it break?

as we see qutm is in the symmetrical triangle.
candle by candle it lose momentum and we can see the last candles are indecisive
and with shadows.
and there is RD- in RSI.
and also price is under the MA 20.
i think its going break from down.
