RTY Premarket Update

Looks like RTY did indeed get TACO Tuesday, they pumped futures up 1%. RSI still not overbought, so will wait until the afternoon or possibly tomorrow to short something, Might get back into the KSS trade if it looks good.

Keep an eye on XRT (retail) as well.
