What Does the CEO Know that we don't?

Price jumps $1.00 Plus on the 23rd of September. on the 24th of September News Comes out that the CEO has Brought a Big Chunk of Shares. Since then the Price has been doing a Metaphoric Dog Paddle, Printing 6 Bars inside the Big Green from September 23, But the Volume is Relatively Elevated and the Circa $3.00 level that was once Resistance is Holding nicely as Support. I think it's worth risking $1.00 and lets see how much of the overhead gap can get filled.
