A 20-year bull market was kicked off in the late 1970s, and reacted to several key Fib extensions.
A repeat of this bull market price action, kicked off in 2009, would top us out around a 20,000 SPX around 2030. However, there would be several reactions along the way to the preceding historical bullrun, interestingly occurring at several of the key Fib extensions. A reaction at the 4.236 extension previously caused a re-test of the 2.618. This would bring us down to around 3000-3100 SPX in this run, before shooting off to complete the cycle around 2030, wherein another 10-year bear market action and sideways chop would occur (potentially caused by a conflict that finally comes to fruition between international powers, akin to U.S & Middle East in 2000-2008 but with other aggressors, and financial crises, perhaps the collapse of the U.S. Dollar as a global currency.
