Central Banks on a global perspective have collectively invested $29.1tn into the global markets. The Federal Reserve is the overseer of the wave function and as any investment the entity needs asset prices to rise. So, the markets are at crossroads leading into next week as the FED will tell us the fate of the intermediate wave function.
