Perpetual acordian

Hello all,

We are comparing the sp 500 vs sp400 ETFs.

I am entering the sp400. We should see funds condense into funds with cross-sections of the S&P; Priming the run to all time highs in the Spy.

SPY is overly extended on the weekly and I will not be blind to this.
