Does a 10% V bounce signal end of a bull market?

I got interested in thinking of market as a kinetic model using kinetic energy building rectangles ala Dr Dologa so I did some back testing on well known bull markets, even at peak 10% is not uncommon and could be considered necessary to build energy to the next level.

Notice the jagged energy building features, the V bounces, the almost straight line pivot creation and the curious little N shaped pattern
