Based on my Technical analysis, and keeping in mind the forces of recessions over next 6 months to a year i think SPY is headed downward as channels are predicting here in my analysis.

My Target - 350 by May2024- that would be a reversal point. that'd also be a double bottom on channel as well
Now ATM it has little upside before adjusting to downward channel.
