As someone who believes we still have some downside, Ive been bullish since early January. However, I don't believe we are out of the woods just yet...
My only concern, are we going to get some good news moving forward over the next month or so, possibly.
I don't think I can underestimate the up side, but I also understand that smart money is still on the side.
