SQQQ, Triple Short Nasdaq 100 ETF, Broke out Sharply to the Upside

Nasdaq 100 Decline has just begun and is "waterfall" in nature.
Sharp snap back-counter trend rallies in NDX should exhaust themselves, until downtrend is reversed.
