STRAT Trendlines and retracements

Stratis (STRAT) is a proof-of-stake coin, unlikely to be classified as a security, and is deep into Microsoft technologies. They're involved with development, testing and deployment of native C# blockchain applications on the .Net framework. It has been caught in the bear market for alt-coins, but seems to be trying to put in a bottom. Thoughts?
