It looks like a bearish head and shoulders pattern for XLM. I expect history to repeat itself and for XLM to dip before testing upper support again. This pattern is very similar to what happened between January 20th to 25th.

Stellar has dipped below 40 cents as I predicted but it looks like it will continue to slip. Looks like we saw a second H & S here. See updated ideas.
