A classic inverse H&S setup on ULTA here. Buffet buying and taking a stake a few weeks/month back makes me even more convinced. This will just take time. The large wicks are indicating that buyers are stepping in and absorbing selling demand from a weekly perspective. The buyers come and save the week. They're going to form this perfect right shoulder and it should launch - might take 6 months or so... ULTA
