Will the US 10-year Treasury yield move towards the 3.9% level?

This is my view of the next US 10-year Treasury yield movement. Of course, the Fed's decision at the early meeting next month will have a big impact on the US 10-year Treasury yield movement. But for now, I still see potential for an increase to the 3.9%-4.0% level.
