Channel and Resistance hit + double top, downtrend

UC looks like it will go down capped by a resistance and channel trend, double top done last friday. Full short TP on the chart till FOMC.

Tp 1 hit, then news :-) so = rebound. UC will have make or break at trend line 1.3240 area. Big drop if USD weakness with the FOMC.
