Pairs has been cross their Sell line 2 with good volume,TARGET is Sell line 3.
2-If Pairs succeed to break up the Sell line 3 with very huge volume,it will be strong BUY signal to tell us the Pairs will move towards Sell line 4. My Opinion is ,we can go long here and wait to see what's going on when Pairs trying reach Very Strong Sell line 3. **GL**
