Rotation Framework to Bearish - #ProfitingMe

USOIL seems bearish and it shows a classic triangle pattern. I don't care about the pattern. But I care more of the Steps in the Triangle Rotation Framework that give trading opportunities. With the next step the new bearish trend could begin.

I will look for a sell opportunity to keep for the middle term.
