USOIL is setting for H&S pattern

USOIL reached it's previous high yesterday but it declined at the end of the day. I see that USOIL probably is going to set for H&S pattern. If you open the 4hour chart you can see H&S but you can spot it as well on the daily chart. There is a fractal. Follow me for more ideas.
