Descending Triangle

In the big picture this does look like a long and drawn out Descending Triangle which is a neutral pattern until a trendline is broken.

V broke up from a Symmetrical Triangle that is inside the descending triangle.

So far V has not surpassed the top trendline of the bigger triangle.
