VIX CBOE Volatility Index, is back above 12 on 9/24/18
and with it the possibility that last weeks breakout in the S+P
above 2920, may have been a "Bull Trap" false breakout of 20 points up to 2940.
VIX 9/21 /18 12 Noon EDT VIX OPEN at 11.11
when the S+P was at 2937.06, now marks clear short term bottom in the VIX.
