Trading the VIX (Again)
(Repost again same logic applies as last time - straight forward stratergy to ensure 'good' value entries across the market)..
The VIX tends to offer a great insight into the market momentum and insight into periods of 'deals' or potential swing trades.
Long and short = buy when there is fear and the VIX spikes and sell when volatility is low. (Spikes to High levels = red days.. Consolidation at low levels = green days)
