As we saw yesterday company had a good news and stock pumped with higher volume then ever . Company announced that the FDA has cleared its investigational new drug (IND) application to begin the phase I study on its oral Covid vaccine candidate. The company plans to initiate a phase I study on the same later this month. With that in mind we all know that Covid is bad. But in same time provides investors with many opportunities and many companies that are racing to develop vaccine stock pumped hard and are good trading opportunities . I did missed out on VXRT early pump but It was on my watchlist for potential longer swing . Made good profits yesterday on daily moves and I'm willing to put on longer swing play here . Now the bad news Company its getting sued over failed to disclose that: 1) Vaxart exaggerated the prospects of its COVID-19 vaccine candidate, including its purported role or involvement in Operation Warp Speed ('OWS'), a program which commits the federal government to massive funding for the development of COVID-19 vaccines; 2) Vaxart's COVID-19 vaccine candidate had no reasonable prospect for mass production and marketing and was not among the companies chosen to receive significant financial support from OWS to produce hundreds of millions of vaccine doses; and 3) Vaxart's COVID-19 vaccine candidate was merely selected to participate in preliminary U.S. government studies to determine potential areas for possible OWS partnership and support.
If you suffered a loss in Vaxart you have until October 23, 2020 to request that the Court appoint you as lead plaintiff. Your ability to share in any recovery doesn't require that you serve as a lead plaintiff.
With that in mind its 50/50 situation . In my perspective there are lots of people holding that stock and waiting for good news and playing longer scenario . Some probably closed their positions etc and tuck losses . But in same time even if you bought the absolute top you are down as of today *62% . Now its this a lot sure but early investors ware up *1100% ...... and even if they didn't get out are up *350% average speculations * Now my philosophy and speculation on it is : Investors have more than a month to join the law suit , How do you effect the losses well stock will have to recover and there will be less losses .... I know that this sound silly in the way but it makes sense . (markets are manipulated in my hones opinion) We do have a gap up from yesterday pre-market to cover so I'm assuming that we will do that and in same time I have my order sitting in there @5:55. Stop loss not much lower @ 5:10 If bad news take over and panic selling initiate . If you look closer on the chart news was out yesterday and today but in same time selling volume was minimal at this point .

Most of information is on the chart . I got in @ 7.20 and still holding . i will watch 7.75 zone . Witch is current trading zone low . If we fall under I will close my position.
