Silver looks really bullish and ready for launch?

Silver on the weekly looks really bullish.

Price above 50 and 200 MA on weekly
Almost about to get golden cross on weekly
Consolidation for many years
Hasn't rallied as much as gold has recently

My target is $25 (and more) in 2020.
