GOLD (XAUUSD) | The direction of gold movement๐น
Hello traders, gold in 4 hours, this analysis was prepared in 4 hours but for better visibility I published in 8 hours. Within 4 hours, there is a valid trend line that corresponds to the daily time interval.
There are three possibilities, each of which is explained below:
1- Gold continues to decline and the previous neutral trend for wave 4 is from the main wave 3 and the wave that is being formed now is wave 5 from the main wave 3, and after reaching the price line, the trend of the main wave 4 starts and corrects until Fibo 0.50 and even more Get out of it.
2- This probability is related to wave 4 formed in the half-hour timeframe I published, that is, the price will move up from the same area and then the main decline will start.
3- According to this probability, we are now in the 4th main wave and the waves that are being formed now belong to one of the 5 main wave waves.
For now, we consider probability 2. If the price breaks the 1775 trend line , this probability can be confirmed, and after the failure of this area, the price can rise to 1800-1820, but in case of failure, the probability of falling in the 1820 area decreases, but it still has to.
