SMC STRATEGY: It's all about liquidity and market structure

I normally don't trade on Fridays but as I scrolled through my chart i found this juicy setup on XAUUSD (GOLD) so i analyzed it by noticing the liquidity and change of structure, so I spotted the change of character immediately and looked for an order block for market to retrace, normally my order block is confirmed by some confluence such as break of structure and imbalances left to be filled. So after all my trade requirements were meet up and so does my setup and edge came into place, I quickly took down my entry, stop loss and take profit and set a sell limit, after some while I came back few minutes after 4:00 pm GMT +1 to enter a buy position for the FOMC news that just came out which align in the same direction with my GOLD analysis
