Chart is self explanatory. My recent ideas haven't been explained very well; for this chart I tried very hard to explain it.

Text cut out on bottom:The previous drop from 9700 was extremely fast and VOLATILE.
In contrast, the following drops have not been nearly as volatile and the overall trend is still UP.
