KRAKEN ERROR OR SCAM ON STOP-LOSS ADVANCED ORDER CLOSING SHORTS

Short opened here at market price, 7335.7€
Condition close stop loss at 7450 €

As soon as I opened, Kraken closed it IMMEDIATELY buying at 7826.2 € !!!

Stop-Loss closed at 7826 when I had set 7450 and when market place was at 7335€

Mistake or Scam by Kraken????

Support has replied me they said I opened a long for 7800€ then I closed it with the short at market price and then the contional close at 7450 for the short was pending!! But 1- I NEVER made that 7800 long and 2- even if I did (that I didnt) they never can buy at 7800 when market price is still 7300 !!! THIS IS SCAM

God! seems that the 7800 buy was not at upcoming immediate order but a long opened 2 days ago, during the dump 2 days ago, where kraken website was not responding and I had many troubles to make my trades in that time. There were many duplicated orders for the failed attempts, and after I finally could do my trading (late because kraken failures) I cancelled all duplicated orders.
Now support is telling to me that there was still one long already opened at 7800 since then, but this order WAS NEVER BEEN SHOWN at the orders list.
BEWARE TRADING AT KRAKEN. The platform is FULL OF ERRORS which will make you lose much money and they do not assume the liability.

DOUBLE ERROR!!
Not only the duplicated order should not be there, Even if the order were legit, it was not executed properly!
It was a supposed long position buying at 7826.2 euro, with a stop loss at 7800, however they closed this order at 7300... wtf? why they did not closed this order at 7800 as set in the stop loss??? They ignored the stop loss of this order which even would never have existed!

They compensated me with 50.000 KFEE, this is, $500 only usable to pay trading fees. Absolutely not covering loses, but at least they assume part of the lability.
