2019 accumulation. I expect the cycle to take longer to complete, which means we could dip ever lower than 2600. My estimates come from the 2015 fractal, Year pivot, S/R, some Moving averages and some fundamental dates
Obviously it won't be as smooth as this, but I expect us to oscillate in this area and close the year above 3500. I also expect us to test 5700 at least once and even 6500.
