Oct so far has been very mild decline vs the 2010 fractal but if we follow correctly then from next month strong upmove could startהערה
XLE is moving as key resistance was just broken out. Fractal has been playing well for now and as the war drums seems to beat increasingly louder in the MidEast, XLE hopefully starts shiningהערה
Former resistance has turned into support at around 67
