$XLU: Utilities bottomed mid term
Very nice low risk buy in 
XLU here, upside is substantial vs risk.
The trend signal here predicts upside for 7 weeks or less, until $71.30 is hit, as long as the stop loss area is not reached (below $61.97 in this case).
