I think this is possible since it's happened in the past but with way less demand than is currently brewing. The lawsuit ending on the 13th of July allows for banks to use XRP with more clarity. Retail hype is a large part of this previous pump but institutional demand could be on the horizon and bring new all time highs. Banks are fiending the XRP ODL so think we're in for a surprise very soon.. Once one bank has instant settlement with XRP its game over.....
