Tezos: Accumulation on Big Volume. Timing a bottom?

Tezos just saw a 20% move off of its current trading range around the $1.00 area. I believe smart money will begin taking big positions in this coin at this time as they accumulate XTZ these low prices and prepare their positions for the next Bull Market.
