Is $ZIM forming a cup and handle?

Based on the price movement this looks like "cup and handle" ZIM to me

JP Morgan analyst Samuel Bland upgrades ZIM to Overweight and raises the price target from $17.6 to $30.40
This could be the catalyst that we are waiting to trigger the run-up
Also, take notice that $ZIM is heavily shorted
