Utilities Down Ahead of Powell's Jackson Hole Speech — Utilities Roundup
קריאה של פחות מדקה
Shares of power producers fell amid anxiety ahead of Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell's scheduled speech from Jackson Hole, Wyo., later in the week.
Renewable-energy stocks rallied after new tax rules issued by the Treasury Department gave companies installing wind and solar-power plants a window of opportunity to receive credits before the recently passed tax bill reversing incentives kicks in.
Shares of solar-panel maker First Solar, wind-turbine maker Vestas Wind Systems, rooftop-solar system installer Sunrun and SolarEdge Technologies were among the gainers.
