Logistea extends lease agreement with Tree Logistics AB – new 10-year lease in Mjölby
Logistea AB (publ) has signed a new 10-year lease agreement with Tree Logistics AB, an existing tenant in Logistea's property Hyveln 2, Mjölby. The long-term agreement means that Tree Logistics will continue its operations on the premises and thereby strengthen its presence in the region.
Tree Logistics AB is a well-established logistics company based in Mjölby that offers third-party logistics, warehousing and packaging solutions. The company has had its operations in the property since before and has now chosen to extend the collaboration with Logistea for another ten years on all areas in the property. The annual rent amounts to approximately SEK 4.3 million.
The property in Mjölby is part of Logistea's portfolio in logistics and light industry, with an attractive location close to the E4 motorway.
The new agreement is part of Logistea's strategy to build long-term relationships with its tenants and offer sustainable and modern premises for growth-oriented companies.
