Major update:

• Ported to Pine Script v4
  
• Added all available altcoin margin trading pairs on Bitfinex
  
• Optional aggregation of positions for all available markets, e.g. EUR, GBP, JPY, USDt, BTC, ETH
  
• Display positions in a variety of notional values, e.g. percentage, USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, BTC, ETH
  
• Added option to display as a traditional area chart instead of the default "delta blob"

Added option to switch unit value between thousands, millions, and billions. This will reduce the width of the axis values when denominated in fiat units.
