Wurucututu's Monday HL/OC

This script draws the range from Monday high to low (HL) for every week.



Or alternatively, from Monday open to close (OC).



It also has the option to toggle a line that tracks the HL mid-range for the previous 14 days (by default, but configurable from a min of 5 to a max of 60).
